As well as heart and soul, the directors of Seaton Beach Developments Ltd bring diverse business
experience, sound financial management, technical expertise and design flair to bear on the
meticulous construction of these landmark apartments. They have developed property in the UK
and abroad both for sale and rent.
The directors are Mike and Audrey Webb and Mike and Anne Dowling.
They are passionate about the project because they know, love and have lived in Devon
and have strong family connections.
They are all keen environmentalists with a desire to deliver a sustainable project that offers
high comfort levels and low running costs.
To that end our Managing Director, Mike Webb, is a certified Passivhaus consultant and a member of
the Association for Environment Conscious Buiding (AECB).
